Vaccinations

These are the vaccinations that we provide in our office. Please give our office at least 24 hours notice in advance to ensure availability of the following vaccines. Most of these vaccinations are not covered by insurance plans. Please call your insurance provider for any questions. The vaccines are still available at a discounted rate for patients who have insurances that do not cover the costs of these vaccines.
